Golden Rams beat Huskies for division title

The West Chester Golden Rams beat the Bloomsburg Huskies Saturday night at Farrell Stadium 35-24, winning the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East Division outright. It is West Chester?s first division title since 1999. "That was the number one goal this season," said head coach Bill Zwaan, "to win the division.

Men's Soccer West Chester Universitydefeated Caldwell 1-0 Saturday. This was the Golden Rams? last game at home for 2004. Amar Phanda scored the only goal of the game with an assist from Matt Christian. This victory brought the Golden Ram?s record to 12-6-1.

Women's Rugby team beats up on University of Delaware 60-0

West Chester University defeated Delaware 60-0 at home on Saturday, setting a school record for most points in a game. Sophomore Giselle Gonzalez also set the single game try mark on Saturday. Although the Golden Rams spent most of the first half in Delaware?s territory, they were only up 10-0 at halftime.
