Accidents yield safety concerns

West Chester is not a scary town that is, unless you want to cross the street. After pedestrians were hit crossing streets on campus in multiple accidents this semester, many students were left wondering about their own safety. In response to issues of pedestrian traffic, the Off-Campus Commuter Association, OCCA, and the Student Government Association, SGA, are looking at possible solutions to increase public safety on the streets surrounding campus.

Sexual harassers still a problem

However, sexual harassment is something that no college student, male or female, should have to deal with, yet it happens on college campuses across the country.

Guerilla News Network founder comes to WC

That?s what Stephen Marshall, founder of the Guerilla News Network, told students on Dec. 2 when he came to speak as part of End Transmission, the three day media event that also included the Renegade Art Project and the Lost Film Festival.
