Taking Back Sunday was formed in 1999, and in December of 2000, after completing its lineup with Adam Lazzar (lead vocals), Fred Mascherino (guitar and vocals), Eddie Reyes (guitar), Mark OʼConnell (drums) and Matt Ruban (bass), their hardcore, harmonious sounds hit the studio to record their first demo.
