The Golden Rams captured a perfect 3-0 record at the 2006 RamFest Friday and Saturday nights in Hollinger Fieldhouse.
West Chester started the tournament off in a nice groove, defeating Goldey-Beacom Friday night. Saturday morning, however, the Golden Rams were off to a shaky start against West Virginia Weslyan, rallying back for a 3-2 win. Later Saturday afternoon, WCU also defeated Ohio Valley, 3-1, for the perfect 3-0 record.
The Golden Rams will be hosting Cheyney University Saturday evening in Hollinger Fieldhouse, giving WCU students a chance to see the team that has started their season with a 6-2 record.
