The Golden Rams opened the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union season pounded the University of Delware Blue Hens in the second half, outscoring them 33-0 after the break alone, to finish the game with a 46-3 victory.

The Golden Rams started the game off on the right foot, jumping out to a 13-0 lead right away, before the Blue Hens scored their only points of the game off of a penalty kick.

Whitney Hartshorne played a major role in the Golden Rams large victory. She tallied two trys, a penalty kick, and four conversions for a total of 21 points.

Carolyn Champion, Stephanie Burkhardt, Nicole Puscian, Katy Black and Sasha Fauffer each added a try to the Golden Rams score.

The Golden Rams will host Princeton next Saturday to battle for the EPRU regular season title.
