The men dominated both Clarion and Southern Connecticut State with scores of 220-139 and 245-85, respectively. The women also produced domineering score of 245-85 over So. Conn. State and 214-156 over Clarion.
The women are looking to reclaim their PSAC title from Clarion. Whether or not they will be able is still up in the air, but the PSAC Championship Feb. 22-25 should prove to be nothing less than exciting. Both teams swam exceptionally well this past weekend, with each team collecting season best times along with career bests.
The women's 200 medley relay team qualified for nationals after posting a time of 1:48.09.
The men's final scores are evidence that the men should make a very strong showing in their post-season meets.
The Golden Rams will host their next meet against the University of Pennsylvania at 6:00 p.m., followed by visiting Bloomsburg on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
