Dear West Chester,

I can’t believe I’m writing the last letter of the semester! This year has flown by, and there have been so many exciting, newsworthy events that have happened (as I’m sure you all know). I wanted to use this space to personally thank our advisor, Dr. Thompsen, for all of his hard work, dedication, and passion for The Quad. I don’t kow many people who have shown so much love for this wonderful paper, and it’s one of the main reasons why it’s the award-winning student paper it is today. He will be taking leave on sabbatical next semester; we will miss you dearly, Dr. T. I have learned so much from you since I joined The Quad as just a copy editor. Now, as Editor-In-Chief, I can say that I have the necessary experience and knowledge I need to be successful after college.

Dr. Ben Kuebrich, I cannot wait for us to work together. You have shown lots of care for our paper, and I know that we will have an interesting new year ahead of us. Our staff is excitied to be working with you, and I will do everything I can to help make sure this is a smooth, positive transition.

And finally, to everyone: Happy holidays to everyone here at West Chester, and a big thank you to The Quad staff. We’ve had a lot of issues to cover, and our writers and editors haven’t missed a beat. Keep up the good work!

See you next year!
